Privacy Policy

Effective: October 2, 2026

Falter Media Company LLC, DBA Falter Media ("Falter Media", "we") runs falter.media. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and who helps us handle it.

What we collect

• When you request a quote: the details you type into our quote form, such as your name, email, phone number and project details. The form is provided by HoneyBook, which stores it for us.
• When you book a call: your name, email and the time you choose, through TidyCal.
• When you join our newsletter: your email address, through SendFox. We send a confirmation email first, and you're only added once you confirm. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
• When you join the Falter AI waitlist: your email address, sent to us through FormSubmit.
• When you browse the site: standard visit data such as pages viewed, device, browser and approximate location, through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. These use cookies.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare quotes, schedule calls, send the emails you signed up for, and understand which pages and ads are working.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run these features for us: HoneyBook (quote form), TidyCal (call booking), SendFox (newsletter), FormSubmit (waitlist), Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (the Meta Pixel, for Facebook and Instagram ads). We don't sell your information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set cookies so we can measure visits and ad results. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep information only as long as we need it for the reasons above. To see, correct or delete your information, or to unsubscribe from anything, email austin@falter.media. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights. Email us and we'll help.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Other websites

Our site links to sites we don't run. We're not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
